Women's Circle - Walking meditation and circle in Lincoln Park

In a world that often asks us to do more, be more, and give more, this circle invites you to soften, slow down, and simply be. Together, we’ll step out of the noise and into the wisdom of the present moment. Through gentle practices — including a walking meditation on the land — we’ll reconnect with our breath, our bodies, and the deep stillness that lives within us. No striving. No fixing. Just being.

This circle will include:

  • A grounding arrival ritual to settle into presence

  • A mindful walking meditation to reconnect with the earth and ourselves

  • Guided breathwork and body awareness practices

  • Space for quiet reflection and optional sharing

  • Simple rituals to honor stillness, softness, and self

  • A closing practice to carry the energy of "just be" into daily life

You’ll leave with:
