Do I need to have a regular menstrual cycle to join?

No. You do not need to be actively cycling or bleeding to participate.
This membership is for anyone looking to build muscle, support bone health, and move in a way that honors recovery. If you don’t have a menstrual cycle (due to perimenopause, menopause, hormonal contraception, postpartum, or other reasons), you’ll be guided to work with internal rhythms, energy patterns, and restorative pacing instead.


What are your qualifications to lead this program?

I bring both athletic and educational experience to this work. I was a Division 1 athlete with extensive training in weight training and women’s movement, and I’m also a certified menstrual cycle coach. Go With Your Flow blends evidence-informed strength training with cycle awareness, rest, and nervous system support.


Is this focused on weight loss?

No. Go With Your Flow is focused on strength, bone health, resilience, and long-term vitality. While body composition may change for some, weight loss is not the goal or measure of success.


What equipment do I need to participate?

You’ll need access to some heavier weights (either at home or at a gym) to support strength and bone-building work. You’ll also need exercise bands for mobility, activation, and recovery-focused sessions. For HIIT workouts, access to a track, exercise bike, treadmill, or any open space where you can safely move and elevate your heart rate is recommended.

Movements are adaptable, and you’ll be guided on how to work with the equipment you have available.


Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The membership is $69/month and cancel anytime. You’re welcome to stay for one month or many—whatever feels aligned for you.
